For over five decades, Professional Casualty Services, Inc. (PCS) has been a family-owned leader in insurance premium auditing. Since our founding in 1971 by George F. Medina Sr., we have been rooted in California, operating from our corporate office in Buena Park, in northwest Orange County. As a dedicated vendor, we bring decades of experience and a personal, family-oriented approach to our services.

The  roots of PCS trace back to the mid-to-late 1960s, where George Sr. first began his long and accomplished career in the insurance industry with The Hartford Insurance and Mission Insurance. After laying that foundational experience, he built PCS from the ground up. Still highly active, George Sr. and his family remain at the heart of the business, united by an unbreakable commitment to client service and industry-leading quality. From its origins to its present form, the business's trajectory and character have been shaped by the family's generational influence.

With extensive firsthand experience as a premium auditor for Tokio Marine Nichido, George Jr.  developed deep expertise in conducting physical, on-site audits for a wide range of policies. Now as VP of PCS, he applies this rich background to sensitive workers; compensation and, general and garage liability policies, performs on-site and remote audits, and directs audit reviews, all while administering client portfolios and managing field and remote audit auditors in California, Nevada, and Arizona.

As the VP of Field Operations and Marketing, Phil is a strategic leader who bridges the gap between technical operations and market growth for PCS. Leveraging his deep expertise in premium auditing, he leads the field and remote audit teams throughout California, Nevada, and Arizona, while also supervising the final review process. At the same time, Phil applies his marketing acumen to craft effective client-centric strategies, ensuring that the company's messaging directly highlights the benefits and quality of the premium audit services his teams provide.
