PCS assembles a team of highly experienced quality auditors and reviewers. Backed by a large network of experienced professionals, our team delivers timely and accurate audits of outstanding quality. We achieve this by investing in expertly trained auditors, advanced PC-based technology utilizing our own proprietary software system, and a culture of continuous learning. Our extensive network includes auditors with up to three decades of experience as both insurance staff and vendor auditors.

While our internal audit review experience forms the foundation of our work, PCS also leverages the expertise of an external team of qualified audit reviewers. This team, which includes professionals with backgrounds as carrier audit managers, staff auditors, review specialists, and WCIRB staff, offers comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of California workers' compensation regulations, state-specific rules, and carrier underwriting requirements.
